You may be wondering why Fall Harvest needs your help. The main expenses that we
will have to begin with are the basic start up costs. Internet domain and hosting
costs. Website updates and additions to the Internet Hosting Services to allow for
a smoother experience for the users. Online Registration Services for better processing,
tracking, and accuracy of Registrants Information and Payments.
There will also be travel expenses to meet with potential vendors, seminar presenters,
Hotel and Convention meeting room accommodations. I will also travel to visit with other Conference and Convention organizers
and their owners to requisition their support and guidance. These travel expenses will
be incurred by a personally selected group of Team Members For Fall Harvest! (If you are interested in lending your support

We will also incur Advertising Costs, Legal And Accounting Costs.
The donations will also go toward our Scholarships\ Program that Fall Harvest will
provide to those girls that do not have the means to pay for their attendance to Fall Harvest!
Fall Harvest has absolutely no cash reserves to pay for these costs and others, so all the expenses incurred
will be "Out Of Pocket."
