and send it in. Early applicants will get first choice of preferred placement and shifts.
Fall Harvest has an exciting selection of volunteer opportunities this year. People love to volunteer so get your application in early! We had such a great response last year, we had to turn people away. It’s a GREAT way to get involved, meet interesting people, and be an integral part of the success of the conference!
if you have not received a Scholarship, you are eligible to participate in the volunteer reimbursement program. Many volunteers thoroughly enjoyed this program last year! Completion of a volunteer shift(s) will result in a partial reimbursement of your registration fee. For reimbursement, you must work a minimum of 5 Hours and you must make full payment of the Registration Fee Upfront. But for every 2 Hours worked, you receive $10.00 in return, up to $50.00 Total Reimbursement. We encourage you to register at the early bird rate as well. In addition, you will meet some great people, have lots of fun and help make Fall Harvest better than ever!
You Do Not have to be a Registered Attendee to volunteer! We have had volunteers from organizations throughout the city and numerous
Significant Others!

1. Our volunteer coordinator will be in touch with you. Every attempt will be made to place you in an optimal position. Your responsiveness to emails and phone calls will influence the position(s) to which you are assigned. First come-first served!

Volunteer Opportunities At Fall Harvest Include:
Take a shift in the Hospitality Suite.
Provide security and give directions.
Help with the opening night meet and greet event.
Help hang the decorations and set up for Fall Harvest Extravaganza.
Set-up, breakdown, and/or clean up at conference events.
Be a rover, doing all sorts of odd jobs to assist the conference organizers.
